Cancellation Policy
All play slot sales are final. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to reschedule your play slot to another available day or time as long as the original slot has not yet started.
If you are unsure of your new preferred date or time, we can provide you with credit for a future visit. This credit must be used for a single play slot of equal value.
Please note: If your reserved play slot has already begun, we are unable to reschedule or issue credit.

Play Slot Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Effective January 1st, 2026
To ensure availability for all families, Cozy Village Play Cafe requires monthly members to cancel their play reservations in advance if plans change.
If a monthly member does not show up for a scheduled play session and has not contacted us prior to the session start time, the account will be charged the standard entrance fee for that visit.
Cancellations must be made by calling, texting, or emailing us before the start of the scheduled session. Same-day cancellations are always appreciated and help us open spots for other families.
