Our play areas are designed for children 0 to 6 years old. Siblings up to 8 years old may participate with a paid younger sibling and must still register and sign a waiver. Older siblings above 8 years of age may visit our space but are asked to hang out in the cafe seating area or our reading nook. They must also register and sign a waiver.

Yes! Shoes must be taken off in the lobby area after checking in. With little crawlers and tiny feet, we really want to keep the germs out of our space. All children MUST wear grip socks and parents and other adults visiting must wear socks. You may grab your shoes to wear in the restroom and take back to the shoe cubbies after. We will have disposable foot/shoe covers that can be used upon entering the restroom.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed into Cozy Village Play Cafe. We are happy to offer an assortment of drinks, baked goods, sandwiches, salads, snacks, fresh fruit and so much more.

We are happy to provide three different birthday packages to accommodate the needs and budgets of parents. We kindly ask that birthday celebrations not take place during normal open play times. Any birthday celebrations may only take place if reserved during our designated days and times for birthday celebrations.

Play Slot Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All play slot sales are final. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to reschedule your play slot to another available day or time as long as the original slot has not yet started.

If you are unsure of your new preferred date or time, we can provide you with credit for a future visit. This credit must be used for a single play slot of equal value.

Please note: If your reserved play slot has already begun, we are unable to reschedule or issue credit.

Soft Play Area Policy

Our soft play area is designed exclusively for babies, crawlers, and early walkers. For safety and developmental appropriateness, children must be under 2 years old to use this space.

Thank you for helping us keep this area safe and enjoyable for our littlest visitors!

To help keep our play space safe and enjoyable for our younger guests, children ages 12 and under are included in the birthday child count and are subject to the per-child fee.

Guests ages 13 and older are considered adults and are not included in the child count. We kindly ask that all guests in this age group remain in the café seating area and do not enter the play space during the party.
