To ensure availability for all families, Cozy Village Play Cafe requires monthly members to cancel their play reservations in advance if plans change.

If a monthly member does not show up for a scheduled play session and has not contacted us prior to the session start time, the account will be charged the standard entrance fee for that visit. Members are given one waived missed play session prior to being charged.

Cancellations must be made by calling, texting, or emailing us before the start of the scheduled session. Same-day cancellations are always appreciated and help us open spots for other families.
