Monthly memberships have access to unlimited open play.

Prior reservations are required.

One free drink of any size per month added to your account.

Monthly membership holders receive a 5% discount on all classes and events in addition to be given priority access to event and class registration.

Monthly membership holders receive a 10% discount on any birthdays party package. birthday child must hold membership, not transferable to siblings, family members or friends.

5% off all Cozy Village branded merchandise sold at the Play Cafe. discount can not be combined with any other specials.

Our monthly memberships are recurring and renew automatically each month. Your card on file will be charged on the same numeric date that you originally purchased your membership.

For example, if your membership begins on January 1st, your card will automatically be charged on the 1st of each month moving forward.

Memberships may be canceled at any time; however, we must receive written notice prior to your scheduled charge date to avoid the upcoming renewal charge.

We do not prorate memberships for partial months, unused visits, or mid-cycle cancellations. No partial refunds will be issued once a charge has been processed.

To ensure availability for all families, Cozy Village Play Cafe requires monthly members to cancel their play reservations in advance if plans change.

If a monthly member does not show up for a scheduled play session and has not contacted us prior to the session start time, the account will be charged the standard entrance fee for that visit.

Cancellations must be made by calling, texting, or emailing us before the start of the scheduled session. Same-day cancellations are always appreciated and help us open spots for other families.
