Baituna Alarabi (بيتنا العربي) is an Arabic immersion initiative dedicated to helping families raise bilingual children who feel connected to their Arab identity, heritage, and language. Founded by Amjaad, a Northern Virginia mom of two, children’s book and cookbook author, and bilingual content creator, Baituna Alarabi believes language is one of the most powerful ways to nurture identity, heritage, and belonging.
Through engaging storytime experiences and Arabic immersion, Baituna Alarabi brings families together and gives parents practical tools to continue building that connection at home. 🌙🤍

Whether Arabic is spoken at home every day or your little one is hearing it for the very first time, every child can join in and feel successful.
👩👧 Parents, come enjoy the experience with your little one! The first hour will be an interactive parent-and-me storytime and craft, followed by open play for the second hour. And while the kids play, reward yourself with a latte, matcha, or your favorite drink from our café. ☕️✨

Starting this September, Zumbini with Gosia is moving to 4:30 PM! 🎉
Join us every Wednesday in September from 4:30–6:30 PM for music, movement, and lots of fun!
🎵 Enjoy a 45-minute caregiver-and-child class designed for little ones ages 0–4, with siblings up to 6 years old welcome to join the fun!
The best part? Zumbini is FREE for members and included at no additional cost with your regular play reservation. 💛

A Sensory Adventure with Magic Moments by Meg ✨
Thursdays at 4:30 pm (September)
We’re bringing a little extra magic to Cozy Village! ✨ Join Magic Moments by Meg for a laid-back, hands-on sensory experience designed especially for little ones 18 months and older.
Little explorers will have the chance to move through a variety of summer-themed sensory stations filled with colors, textures, scooping, squishing, and imaginative play. Each station is designed to encourage creativity, curiosity, and fine motor development while letting little ones learn and explore through play!
And for even more fun, Magic Moments by Meg will have a DIY Play Dough Jar Bar where little ones can create their very own play dough jar to take home! 🫙✨
DIY play dough jars are available for an additional cost and are not included with play admission.

This month, we’re getting creative with Fatima from Abuelita Fiber Company for a beautiful, hands-on silk scarf dyeing workshop. 🌿🧣
You’ll discover the magic of natural color as you learn the basics of bundle dyeing using real flowers and plants. You’ll create your own one-of-a-kind, earth-dyed silk scarf to take home — a soft, sustainable accessory that you made with your own hands.
And because no Mom’s Night Out is complete without good food & drinks, your evening also includes:
